Description	:	Funeral services for Christina Reiman, age 87, were held Thursday, March 20th at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Lawrence. Mrs. Reiman passed away Monday, March 17th in Hastings. The Mass of the Resurrection was offered by the Very Reverend Charles Gergen assisted by Father Ivan Vap of Hastings. Music was provided by Carolyn Herbek, Tom Dolnicek and Isabelle Hanzlicek. Pall bearers were: Larry Gestring, Ronald Gestring, Don Hubl, Robert Himmelberg, Larry Krebsbach and Jerry Watton. Christina (Hanzlicek) Reiman was born June 27, 1898. She was one of seven children born to John and Anna (Bohnart) Hanzlicek. Christina, married Henry Reiman, October 23,1923 at Sacred Heart Church and to this union two children were born. She lived most of her married life on a farm north of Lawrence where she cared for her family and took an active interest in her community and church affairs. She was an officer in the Church Altar Society, active in the quilting circle and helpful in other church organizations. She was also a member of the Lawrence American Legion Auxiliary. She moved to Hastings in 1979 and had spent most of the time since then at the Good Samaritan Village in Hastings. Christina was proceeded in death by her parents, her husband. Henry and two brothers William and Joe. She is survived by two daughters: Lucille Krebsbach of Lincoln and Arlene Hubl of Hastings, three grandchildren and five great-grandchildren; three brothers: Henry of Fairbury, George of Shenandoah, Iowa, Albert of Lincoln and one sister, Susanne Slaby of Red Cloud.
