Mrs. Hilgenkamp was born at Sutton, Nebraska on February 26, 1883. Mrs. Hilgenkamp was married to J. H. Hilgenkamp on February 26, 1907 at St. Paul's Lutheran Church north of Arlington. Mrs. Hilgenkamp is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Harry Giesselman; and one son, Virgil, both of Arlington; one brother, George Lentz, of Norfolk; two sisters, Mrs. Minnie Pedersen of Golden, Colo., and Mrs. Emma Borberg of Billings, Montana; five grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Mrs. Hilgenkamp was preceded in death by one son, Harold. Services were held at 2 p.m. on Tuesday at St. Paul's Lutheran Church of Arlington. Pallbearers were Ferdinand Schultz, Raymond Langemeier, Harry Giesselman, Jr., David Hilgenkamp, Gerald Stork and Anthony Giesselman. Hilgenkamp, accompanied by the latter's sister, Mrs. Catherine Longmeier of Plainview, Miss Lizzie Lentz of Fremont, Mrs. Harry Giesselman and daughter Lila, returned Thursday from Hilbrook where they attended the funeral services for John Lentz, who died on June 19 in Denver, Colo. Mr. Lentz was known around here as he worked in this vicinity when a young man, and visited at the home of his sister, Mrs. Hilgenkamp and other relatives. He was born at Harvard July 4, 1891, and would have been 47 years old had he lived a couple of weeks longer.
