Description	:	Clara Mae Reese Hart of Pleasanton, Nebr., the eldest child of James R. and Emma Reese, was born July 18, 1875 at Lomax, Ill., and died May 22, 1964, in the Good Samaritan Home in Ravenna, Nebraska. During her early years, the family migrated through Missouri and Kansas and settled at Pleasanton, Nebraska, where she spent most of her life and where she was living until her recent illness. She attended the Ravenna High School and the "Up-To-Date School" at Kearney which preceded the present Teacher's College. She was married to Isaac T. Hart on October 11, 1903. During her early years, the family migrated through Missouri and Kansas and settled at Pleasanton, Nebraska, where she spent most of her life and where she was living until her recent illness. She attended the Ravenna High School and the "Up-To-Date School" at Kearney which preceded the present Teacher's College. She was married to Isaac T. Hart on October 11, 1903. Four children were born of this union, all of whom survive: Mrs. Beulah Cottrell, of Salt Lake, Utah, Mrs. Harriett Draper, of San Diego, California, Mrs. Audrey Winkler, of St. Paul, Minn., and Leslie I. Hart, of Beaverton, Ore. A step-son, George Hart of Ojai, California, preceded her in death by ten days. Mr. Hart passed away in 1922. She is also survived by two sisters, Mrs. Anna Rubart, of Kearney, Nebr.; Mrs. Mary Pearson, of Warrenton, Ore.; two brothers, George and Clyde Reese, of Pleasanton, Nebraska; six grandchildren; three great grandchildren; and numerous other relatives and many, many friends. Mrs. Hart lived in the Pleasanton community for 82 years. She was a faithful member of the Pleasanton Evangelical United Brethren Church. She was a member of the Royal Neighbor Lodge. She was well known in the community as she, in years gone by, had worked in the Post Office and the stores of Pleasanton. Mrs. Hart's life has been an inspiration to many in the past, and her life will be a cherished memory to her family in the future, and to many of us whose privilege it has been to know her.
