Read More	Superior Express Feb 19, 2004 Clarence Howard (Bud) Chambers, 86, the son of Philetus Daniel Chambers and Lillie (Gillilian) Chambers, was born June 21, 1917 at Beatrice. He died Sunday at Bryan LGH, Lincoln, Neb. He was one of six children. He married Bonnie Mae Finnell on Sept 14, 1944. This union was blessed with two sons. He served during WW II in the United States Army. He was employed as a route driver for Farmers Union Co-op Creameries, in Superior. He was a 60 year member of the First Baptist Church, Superior, Masonic Lodge, VFW Post and the American Legion St Mihiel Post. Clarence lived in the communities of Beatrice, Eastern Colorado, Hardy, Fremont and Superior. Preceding him in death were his parents; one son, Howard, one brother George and sisters, Grace, Ruth, and an infant. Survivors include his wife, Bonnie, Superior, one son Dan, Altoona, Iowa, one step-son, Eugene Finnell, St Johns, Ariz,; one sister, Clara Mae Chambers, Ariz.; three grandchildren and four step-grandchildren. Services were held Wednesday from the Megrue-Price Funeral Home Chapel in Superior, with Pastor Leslie Warner officiating. Interment was in the Evergreen Cemetery with full military rites. Masonic Lodge 121 AF & AM conducted the Masonic ceremony.
