She was preceded in death by a son, Bernard Parker in 1966. Funeral services for Mrs. Ernest Parker, 86, were held Friday, March 16, at Grant United Methodist Church with Rev. Donald Jones officiating. Vocal selections "Just A Closer Walk With Thee" and "How Great Thou Art" were by Mrs. Jack Taylor and Mrs. Gerald Taylor accompanied by Mrs. Earl Spiker. Pall bearers were grandsons, Glen Parker, Jim Parker, Floyd Stonehocker, Raymond Miller, Harold Miller, and Larry Miller. In charge of flowers were Mr. and Mrs. Francis Orstad and Mr. and Mars. Russell Orstad. Interment was in the Grant Cemetery with Wagler Funeral Home of Griswold in charge.
