He was born on May 28, 1925, in Keokuk, the son of Clifford Kellogg and Laura A. Rhum Biddenstadt. He married Mary Louise Finnerty on November 6, 1948, in Fort Madison. She preceded him in death on November 22, 1994 in Clinton. Read More	Clifford Keith Biddenstadt May 28, 1925- August 6, 1999 Clinton- Clifford Keith Biddenstadt, 74, of 1109 First Avenue, died Friday, August 6, 1999, at his home. He was born on May 28, 1925, in Keokuk, the son of Clifford Kellogg and Laura A. Rhum Biddenstadt. He married Mary Louise Finnerty on November 6, 1948, in Fort Madison. She preceded him in death on November 22, 1994 in Clinton. Survivors include a son and daughter in law, David C. and Sandy Biddenstadt of Downers Grove, Ill; a daughter and son in law Debra and Steven Jongebloed of Geneva, Ill; four grandchildren; a sister Lois Goetz of Keokuk; a sister in law Teresa Nelson of Clinton; and several nieces and nephews. He was a veteran of World War II serving in the United States Navy. Mr. Biddenstadt was employed with Illinois Bell Telephone company, as a manager until retiring. He was a part owner of Warren's Confectionery. Mr. Biddenstadt was a member of the Lions Club, the Clinton Knights of Columbus, St Edward's Council #707, and the Kiwanis Club. He was alos a member of the Jesus Christ, Prince of Peace Parish. A memorial mass was today in the Jesus Christ, Prince of Peace Parish- Sacred Heart Catholic Church, with the Revs Drake Shafer and Anthony Herold officiating, The body has been cremated. Burial will be in Sunset Memorial Gardens Cemetery, Keokuk, at a later date. Visitation was Monday at the Schmitz Funeral Home in Clinton. Memorials may be made to the alzhemer's Treatment and Research Foundation and can be sent to the Schmitz Funeral Home, 426 Fourth Avenue S. Clinton, Iowa 52732-4515
