McGaha EASLEY, Feb. 17, Mrs. Connice Galloway McGaha, 30, wife of Ernest T. (Bubber) McGaha and a resident of Brushy Creek Township of Anderson County, died at a local hospital at 8 a.m. Saturday after an illness of about 2 months. Mrs. McGaha was a daugther of Mr.and Mrs. Ernest R. (Dock) Galloway, was a native of Pickens County and had spent the greater part of her life in Easley. In Easley she was employed in the spinning room of Easley mill, but, for some time before falling health forced her to retire she was employed in the spinning room of the American Spinning Company, Greenville. She was a member of the Pentecostal Chruch in Easley. Surviving besides her husband and parents are one son Franklin McGaha; three daughters, Mary Sue, Lucile and Frances McGaha, all of the home five sisters, Mrs. Alice Hester of Easley, Misses Jane, Lois Ruby and Grace Galloway, of the home four brothers, J. L. Jr., Billy and Charles Galloway, all of the home ; and paternal grandmother, Mrs. Narsic Galloway of Easley. Funeral services will be held at the Easley Pentecostal church at 3 p.m. Monday the Rev. R.B. Hayes will officiate assisted by the Rev. J. M.. Corkerell. Interment will be in Green Lawn Cemetery. The following will serve as pallbearers and will meet at the home at 2:15; Roy Boggs, R. T. Lollis, Ivey Allen, Lawrence Aiken, Adolphus and Junior McCall. The following will compose the escort of honor and will meet at the church at 2:50; Melvin Merck, Frank Turner, Bowen Garrick, Howard Lankford, Jayhugh Cox, J. C. Williams, Earl R. Owens, George Eillison, Jr and John B. Powers. The body is at the T. M. Jones Funeral, Home and will be at the home after 11o'clock Sunday Morning.
