Description	:	DROWNING VICTIM A waterman, he was near Chesapeake Bay Bridge in Anne Arundel County, working aboard his oyster boat. A rapid moving storm caused the ship's mast to break during rough seas, striking him and and knocking him overboard. His body was not found and he was declared legally deceased via court order.
