Description	:	Craig F. (Toddy) McIntosh Craig F. McIntosh, age 77, former long-time resident of Keosauqua, died Thursday, Nov. 14, at approximately 4 p.m. at his home in Titusville, Fla., following ill health. He was the son of Cyrus Francis and Sarah Pate McIntosh and was one of 11 children. He was born May 13, 1886 at Keosauqua and attended the Keosauqua Public school. McIntosh, age 77, former long-time resident of Keosauqua, died Thursday, Nov. 14, at approximately 4 p.m. at his home in Titusville, Fla., following ill health. He was the son of Cyrus Francis and Sarah Pate McIntosh and was one of 11 children. He was born May 13, 1886 at Keosauqua and attended the Keosauqua Public school. "Toddy" was a former Van Buren county employee and had also been an employee at Green Bay Lumber Co. in Keosauqua. He was a member of the Keosauqua Masonic Lodge and a member of the Keosauqua Modern Woodman of America for over 50 years. He was also a member of the (sic) Keosauqua Christian church, but in his later years attended the Methodist church at Titusville. He was married on June 6, 1923, to Mrs. Lola Hughes Umphrey, who survives. Mr. and Mrs. McIntosh moved from Keosauqua to Titusville, Fla., to make their home, at the end of the year of 1956. Also surviving are a stepson, George Umphrey of Keosauqua; three grandchildren; two great-grandchildren and one sister, Mrs. Bruce (Margaret) Strait of Keosauqua; two sister-in-laws, Mrs. Harrison McIntosh of Keokuk and Mrs. Minnie McIntosh of Keosauqua; nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and a host of friends. He was preceded in death by his parents; five sisters, Nellie, Minnie, Alice, Blanche and Mary Helen; four brothers, William J., Harrison, James and Daniel B. One sister, Mrs. Margaret Strait is the sole survivor of the 11 children. Funeral services were held at Burnett-Catcott Funeral home on Tuesday afternoon, Nov. 19 at 2 p.m. with Rev. E.S. Tschetter officiating. Burial was in Purdom cemetery with Masonic rites at the graveside. A handwritten date of 1963 appears on this obituary - unknown newspaper.
