Description	:	Daniel P. Tyler Passes Away Daniel P. Tyler, who resided west of Creighton, passed away at Orchard, Nebr., Tuesday, May 11. Mr. Tyler has been in ill health for some time and was in Orchard Monday for medical treatment. Not feeling any better Tuesday morning, he was going back to Orchard, when death overtook him. His sudden passing was unexpected. Funeral services were held Thursday afternoon at 2:30 in the Methodist church. The pastor, Rev. Minar A. Gerrad, officiated. Tyler was born at Somerset, Pulaski county, Kentucky, on March 16, 1891. He passed away at Orchard, Nebr., May 11, 1937 at the age of 46 years, one month and 25 days. When he was five years of age his parents moved to their farm home near Creighton, Nebr. Except for a brief period spent in South Dakota, most of his life was spent in the vicinity west of Creighton, where he was farming. In February 1913 he was married at Creighton, Nebr. to Miss Margaret Parkhurst. Among the many who will miss him are his loving wife and son, Elwin; his mother, Mrs. Rose Tyler of Sioux City, Ia.; three brothers, Howard of Winnetoon, William of Creighton and Charles of Sioux City, Ia; three sisters, Mrs. August Tikalsky of Verdigre, Mrs. Whitney Osborn of Tilden and Mary Tyler of Los Angeles, Calif.
