Schott Flower on July 24, 1956 in the York General Hospital at York, Nebraska. He was killed instantly in an auto-pick-up truck accident on April 13, 1974 in Roosevelt, Utah at the age of 17 years, 8 months and 19 days. David moved to Superior with his mother and sister at the age of four and had lived here and attended school here until August of last year when he moved to Myton, Utah. He was a Senior at Union High School in Roosevelt, Utah. David was baptised as an infant in the First Methodist Church at Exeter, Nebraska. He was a member of the First United Presbyterian Church in Superior. When attending school in Superior he had been a member of the FFA and the Key Club. He was preceded in death by his father; his step father, Duane Snyder; his paternal grandfather, Claude Flower and his maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Schott. He is survived by his mother and stepfather, Carroll and Sarah Harvey; his sister, Linda; his grandmother, Mrs. Ocie Flower; uncles; aunts; other relatives and many, many friends. The funeral service was held on April 18 at 10:30 a.m. at the First Presbyterian Church in Superior. Dr. John W. Watson, pastor of the church and the Rev. Loren Silsby officiated.
