Surviving him are his wife, a sister, Mrs. Calvin Emley, of Spokane, Wash., and five children, Mrs. Calvin Ashcroft, of Mississippi; Mrs. Jefferson Dailey, Mrs. Hugh Eddington, and Mrs. Willis White, of Tocsin, and Robert Hoover, of Ossian. Fort Wayne Sentinel October 13, 1913 DAVID HOOVER DEAD AT TOCSIN Bluffton, Ind., Oct. 13- David Hoover was buried from his home at Tocsin today. He suffered a stroke of paralysis October 3, and since that time became weaker until death ended his sufferings. David Hoover was born on January 30, 1840, in Montgomery county, Ohio, and came to Wells county thirty-seven years ago, settling on the farm near Tocsin. He was considered a good farmer and was busily engaged in his work when stricken with paralysis. Surviving him besides the widow are a sister, Mrs. Calvin Emley, of Spokane, Wash., and five children. The children are Mrs. Calvin Ashcroft, of Mississippi, Mrs. Jefferson Dailey, Mrs. Hugh Eddington and Mrs. Willis White, of near Tocsin, and Robert Hoover, of near Tocsin.
