Mrs. Joel Norseen, 57, a lifelong resident of Hamilton county died at her home in this city Sunday evening after several years of failing health. Funeral services were held from the Chapman-Higby chapel at 2 o'clock Tuesday afternoon with Rev. David Tudor, pastor of the Federate church in charge. Delilah Bell Kline, daughter of Adabelle [sic] and David Kline, was born at Hampton, Nebr., January 18, 1888, and passed away at her home in Aurora, September 10, 1944. She had attained the age of 57 years, 8 months and 12 days. At an early age she was baptized in the Methodist church and later transferred her membership to the United Brethren church. She was also an active member in the American Legion Auxiliary. On January 1, 1932, she was married to Joel Norseen at Aurora. She had been in poor health of several years but was confined to her bed but a few days before her death. She was the last of her family, having been preceded in death by her parents, two brothers and one sister. She leaves to mourn her passing, her husband, several nephews and nieces, and many other relatives and friends. Pall bearers were Tom Smith, Jr., Charles Lulow, Wm. Lawson, Clarence Peterson, Wm. Hansen and Carl Hansen. Interment in Aurora Cemetery. ____________________
