She is survived by her husband: Alfred Metro, Concordia, KS; Daughters: Sandra Hittle and hus Chuck; Jolene Clark and hus Dave; Joyce Dutton and companion Steve Kinder; all of Concordia, KS; Geralyn Strait and hus Bob, Lebo, KS; Julie O'Donnell and hus Kenny, Salina, KS; Sons: Mike Metro and wife Carol, Salina, KS; Steve Metro and wife Deborah, Albuquerque, NM; Larry Metro and wife Deanna; and Jim Metro and wife Michelle; Sister: Annabel Woodworth, all of Concordia, KS; 26 Grandchildren; 27 Great Grandchildren; and 1 Great Great Grandchild. She was preceded in death by her parents, Son-Monte "Ric" Metro, Brother-Donald Monty, grandchild: Lydia Dutton, and great grandchild Halle Klug. Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:00AM Tuesday, April 8, 2008 at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church withe Rev. Barry Brinkman and Rev. LeRoy Metro officiating. Visitation will be 9AM to 9PM Monday, April 7, 2008 with an Altar Society Rosary at 5:00PM and Vigil Service at 6:30PM, at Chaput-Buoy Funeral Home. Burial will be in St. Concordia Cemetery, Concordia, KS. The family suggests memorials to Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church or Donor's Choice.
