Burial will be in St. Peter's Cemetery, Aurora. Mrs. Collette died Tuesday at St. Joseph Hospital, Concordia. She was born Jan. 14, 1897, at Aurora. She was a lifelong resident of Cloud County, and had worked at Fairmont Foods Company, Concordia, for ten years. Mrs. Collette also had worked at nursing homes in the Concordia area. She was a member of the Catholic Church, the Concordia Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary, St. Ann's Sodality, and Royal Neighbors. Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Delia Mae Metro, and Mrs. Annabel Woodworth, both of Concordia; a foster daughter, Mrs. Joan Weis, West Minister, Colo.; a son, Donald Monty, Hope; four stepsons, Alfred and Ronald Collette, both of Aurora; Lorraine Collette, Mentone, Calif., and Leland Collette, Shawnee; two stepdaughters, Mrs. Geneva Thomas, Morrow, Ga., and Mrs. Theresa Pracht, Golden, Colo.; 14 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren. Mrs. Collette's husband, Willie, died in 1978. The rosary will be recited at 7:30 p.m. Thursday at the Chaput-Buoy Funeral Chapel, Concordia, where friends may call.
