Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at St. Edward Catholic Church. The Rev. Frank Baumert will officiate. Burial will be in the parish cemetery. Frank Baumert will officiate. Burial will be in the parish cemetery. Mrs. Roberts was born Sept. 30, 1922, on the family farm near St. Edward to Peter and Nellie (Skeels) Koerber. She was baptized and confirmed in the St. Edward Catholic Church. She attended elementary school at Woodville School District 59 and graduated from St. Edward High School. After receiving Normal Training, she taught school for four years in rural schools near Platte Center and Big Cut School in Nance County. She married Earl Roberts on June 6, 1945, at St. Edward Catholic Church. The couple lived on a farm near St. Edward. She was a homemaker and also worked for six years as a teacher's aide in the St. Edward Public Schools. She was a member of St. Edward Catholic Church, Altar Society, Extension Club and Art Club. She was preceded in death by two sisters, Ruby Winnet and Kathryn Thomazin, and four brothers, Keith, Franklin, Raymond and Kenneth.
