Description	:	VOLIN — Don W. Druin, 68, Volin, died Tuesday (Nov. 20, 2001) at his residence. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Saturday at the Trinity Lutheran Church, Vermillion, with the Rev. Judy Johnson officiating. Burial will follow in the Bluffview Cemetery, Vermillion, with military rites by the Vermillion VFW Clay Post 3061. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church. The Hansen Funeral Home, Vermillion, is handling the arrangements. The Hansen Funeral Home, Vermillion, is handling the arrangements. He was born June 27, 1933 in Vermillion to Clarence and Laurabelle (Craig) Druin. He graduated from the Meckling High School and entered the Army, serving from 1954-56. After the Army, he was employed at the Boeing AirCraft Co. in Seattle, Wash. He married Leona Seeba on May 24, 1959, in Cook, Neb. From 1959-1972 he had worked for the Continental Can Co. in Omaha, Neb. They moved to the Volin area in 1970, where he farmed until retiring in 2000. He is survived by his wife Leona, Volin; two sons: Wade (Chris) Druin, Volin; and Todd (Kendra) Druin, Sioux Falls; five grandsons; and one brother, Wilmer Druin, Seattle. He was preceded in death by this parents and two sisters.
