Description	:	Donald Wisdom, 87, of Fleming, died July 4, 2011 at Greeley Hospice Center. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, July 11, at Fleming Methodist Church. He was born March 7, 1924, in Wray to Tom and Zella (Monroe) Wisdom. On March 7, 1944, he married Maxine Cheramy. Mr. Wisdom served in the U.S. Navy aboard the U.S.S. Roi Ship during World War II. He worked at Haxtun Co-op, Blue Flame Gas and Miles Bay after which he owned and operated D&L Propane with Lyle Hines and later Gary Wisdom. Mr. Wisdom was a life time member... Mr. Wisdom was a life time member of the VFW, American Legion and Fleming Fire and Rescue Department, and a Rural board member. He loved going to Blackhawk and Windover, and also up to the mountains for fishing and spending time with his family and friends. He is survived by four children, Barbara Miles, Terry and Gaila Wisdom, Amy and Rod Dvorak, Gary and Lori Wisdom; 12 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild. He is proceeded in death by his wife, Maxine Widsom; son-in-law, Dean Miles; and grandchildren Sterling Journal Advocate
