She married Wilfred L. Nobbe on Sept. 8, 1948, in Dixon, Neb. The couple lived in Concord, Neb. from 1954 to 1990. when they moved to South Sioux City. She was employed with Waldbaums and then at IBP, until retiring in 1993. She was a member of First Lutheran Church and United Food Commercial Workers Union. Survivors include her husband; three sons and their wives, Gary and Janet of Rockwell City, Iowa and Larry and Colleen and Alan and Mary, all of South Sioux City; a brother Jim Fitch of Bellevue, Neb.; nine grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Brandon and Jared Nobbe, Mike Anderson, Robert Harder, Daryl Daum and Scott Koeppe, Honorary pallbearers will be Jeremy, Dustin, Elena and Shantell Nobbe, Heather (Nobbe) Pesicka, Loren Pesicka, Jr., Chad Powell, Kary Lopez and Kenna Anderson Sioux City Journal Sept. 30, 2004
