Description	:	UNION - Dorothy Ellen Steele Grady, 73, of 324 Terry Drive died Sept. 7, 2002, at her home after an extended illness. A native of Fort Mill, she was the wife of Lewis M. Grady and a daughter of the late Harry and Lillian Nix Steele. She was retired from Milliken Company's Monarch Plant and was of the Baptist faith. Surviving in addition to her husband are two daughters, Cheryl Harris and Felicia "Ponnee" Lovelace, both of Union; two sons, Rayford "Ray" of Sealy, Texas and Jerry "Ball" Grady of Union; two sisters, Mildred... Read More	UNION - Dorothy Ellen Steele Grady, 73, of 324 Terry Drive died Sept. 7, 2002, at her home after an extended illness. A native of Fort Mill, she was the wife of Lewis M. Grady and a daughter of the late Harry and Lillian Nix Steele. She was retired from Milliken Company's Monarch Plant and was of the Baptist faith. Surviving in addition to her husband are two daughters, Cheryl Harris and Felicia "Ponnee" Lovelace, both of Union; two sons, Rayford "Ray" of Sealy, Texas and Jerry "Ball" Grady of Union; two sisters, Mildred Walker of Columbia and Ruth Tankersley of Whitmire; a brother, Donald Steele of Whitmire; 15 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 tonight at S.R. Holcombe Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. Tuesday at Covenant Baptist Church, conducted by the Rev. Jack Bratton. Burial will be in Rosemont Cemetery. The body will be placed in the church at 2 p.m. The family is at the home.
