ADOLPH WURR LIDDERDALE — Mrs. Adolph Wurr, 64, of Lidderdale died about 7 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 21, at Stewart Memorial Hospital in Lake City after a brief illness. Her funeral will be held at 11 a:m. Friday in the Immanuel Lutheran Church here, of which she was a member, with burial in the parish cemetery. The Rev. William G. Landgraf will officiate. Friends may call at the Dahn-Woodhouse Funeral Home in Carroll starting at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday. The casket will be taken to the church at 9:30 Friday morning and remain open until the hour of the rites. There will be a family prayer service at the church at 10:30. Mrs. Wurr was the former Dorothy Henrietta Onken, daughter of William and Lena Manlekow Onken. She was born near Lidderdale March 29, 1902. She was married to Adolph John Wurr on Dec. 30, 1925. Surviving are her husband; four sons, Ivan and Verl of Manning, Darwin of Curlew and Larry, at home; two daughters, Mrs. Albert (Shirley) We n e k and Mrs. Kenneth (Donna) Wright, Carroll; 18 grandchildren; two sisters, Mrs. Henry (Viola) Ewoldt, Cedar Rapids, and Mrs. Chris (Edna) Wenck, Lidderdale; and two brothers, Ed Onken, Glidden, and Cliff Onken of Carroll. ADOLPH WURR LIDDERDALE — Funeral services for Mrs. Adolph (Dorothy Henrieta) Wurr, 84, of Lidderdale were held in the Immanuel Lutheran Church here at 11 a.m. Friday, with the Rev. William Landgraf officiat- ing. The Children's Choir sang "I Fall Asleep in Jesus" and "Asleep in Jesus, Blessed Sleep." Leslie Lase was organist. Pallbearers were nephews of Mrs. Wurr, Virgil Onken, Rodney Onken, Lawrence Wurr, Richard Wurr, Lyle Onken and Dennis Huegerich. Burial was the Immanuel Lutheran Cemetery, Lidderdale, under direction of the Dahn-Woodhouse Funeral Home of Carroll. Mrs. Wurr died Dec. 21. at Stewart Memorial Hospital, Lake City.
