Read More	Salina Journal - Nov. 2, 1998 CONCORDIA — Dorothy L. Marcotte, 78, Concordia, died Saturday, Oct. 31, 1998, at Cloud County Health Center, Concordia. Mrs. Marcotte was born Dorothy L. Schrandt on Oct. 14, 1920, at Delphos and had lived in Concordia since 1979, moving from the Aurora community. She was a homemaker and had worked as a telephone operator in Delphos and had a day care in her home. She was a member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church, Catholic Daughters of America, Altar Society, Women of the Moose, Veterans of Foreign Wars and American Legion auxiliaries and Cloud County Health Center Auxiliary, all of Concordia. She was a former member of St. Peter's Catholic Church of Aurora. Survivors include her husband, Francis of Concordia; a son, Michael of Aurora; five daughters, Beverly Collette of Kansas City, Mo., Janice Hattan, Janell Goedert and Jeanette Deneault, all of Concordia, and Theresa McManigal-Spore of Springfield, Mo.; a sister, Gertrude Haas of Beloit; 23 grandchildren; and one great-grandson. The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church, the Rev. Steven Heina officiating. Burial will be in St. Peter's Cemetery, Aurora. An Altar Society rosary will be said at 5 p.m. today followed by a vigil at 6 p.m. at Chaput-Buoy Funeral Chapel, Concordia. Memorials may be made to the church building fund or the American Cancer Society.
