On August 21,1930, she married Delmar Breckenridge. They had three children Richard (Sonny) who died in Feb. 1999, Glen of Mitchell, la. and Ada Beth (Mrs. Dale Hume) of Mon-roe, Iowa. Dorothy worked at Windpower, and drove school bus for the New-ton schools for a number of years. She was a member of the First Christian Church in Newton, the New-Ia-Ja-Co Camping Club, State Teen Director of the Na-tional Campers and Hikers Assoc., and the Malaka Home and Garden Club. She is survived by her son Glen and his wife Lorraine, her daugh-ter and son-in-law Dale and Ada Beth Hume, two brothers Arnold Buckley of Des Moines, and Zane Buckley of Centerville, Iowa, five sisters, Mrs. Jessie Couch and Mrs. Violet Jean Revell of New-ton, Mrs. Josephine Bell of Col-fax, Mrs. Molly Warrick of Valeria, and Mrs. Joy Christen of Independence, Mo., six grand-children, Scott Breckenridge of Irvine, Calif., DebbieBiltof Cali-fornia, Barbara Nickelson and Glen Hume of Monroe, Vivian Reeves of Darby, Mt., and Shelley White of St. Ansgar, Iowa, thir-teen great-grandchildren and a great-great grandchild, and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, Ralph and Lee Buckley and two sisters, Ruth Hope Revell, and Carrie Paulsen, her son Richard in February, andher husband Delmar on May 23, 1999.
