To this union eight children were born: Mary Peterson, deceased; William R. of Kansas City; Joseph H. of Minneapolis; Thomas F. of Port Angeles, Washington; Agnes Prochaska of Simpson, Kansas; Gertrude Stephens of Los Angeles, California; Margaret Tirello, of New York City; and Julia Herbert of Kansas City, Kansas. Twenty-eight grandchildren, three having preceded him in death, and five great-grandchildren. The following brothers: G.H. Clark, Canon City, Colorado; A.F. Clark of Asherville, Kansas; and L.A. Clark of Simpson, Kansas; one sister, Roxie Cagle, of Los Angeles, California, also survive. Funeral services were held at St. Mary's Catholic Church at Glasco, with the Rev. Anthony Bevak officiating, Tuesday morning, January 25, at 9 o'clock. Acting as pall bearers were Harold, Max, and Neal Prochaska, of Simpson; Paul Clark of Minneapolis; Louis Clark of Kansas City, and Leland Clark of Beloit. Serving the funeral mass were Richard and Charles Clark of Minneapolis. Interment was made in the Glasco cemetery.
