She was married to Wilke "Bill" Jobman on Feb. 17, 1939, at Zion Lutheran Church, rural Pickrell, and they lived and farmed in the Adams area. After his death, she moved into Adams in 1987. She was married to Wilke "Bill" Jobman on Feb. 17, 1939, at Zion Lutheran Church, rural Pickrell, and they lived and farmed in the Adams area. After his death, she moved into Adams in 1987. She was a member of the American Lutheran Church of Adams, where she was active in the Ladies Aid and was the Sunday School Superintendent for several years. She enjoyed doing yard work and raising flowers Survivors: sons, Larry Jobman and wife Carol of Hickman and Richard Jobman and wife Donna of Adams; daughter, Patricia Snyder of Ashland; seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren; brothers, Clarence Zimmerman of Beatrice and Ernest Zimmerman and wife Marilyn of Pickrell; sisters, Emma Dorn, Dorothy Busboom and husband Jerry, all of Beatrice; sisters-in-law, Evelyn Zimmerman, Emma Thompson, Rose Johnson and husband Fred, Christina Hofeling and husband Herman, all of Beatrice, Bernice Parde and husband Edward of Adams; nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Renken C. and Friederika (Rosenthal) Zimmerman; her husband, Wilke "Bill" (Aug. 18, 1986); son-in-law, Robert Snyder; brother, Arthur Zimmerman; a sister, Minnie Wolken. Funeral: 10:30 a.m. Saturday, April 5, American Lutheran Church, Adams, Pastor Helmut Yurk officiating. Burial: Highland Cemetery, Adams. Family prayer service: 10:15 a.m. Saturday, fellowship room of the church. A memorial has been established to the family's choice with Vinson VanEngen in charge. The body will lie in state at Fox Funeral Home in Beatrice until 9 p.m. Thursday, then at Fox Funeral Home in Adams from 10 a.m.-9 p.m. Friday, and at the church on Saturday one hour preceding the services.
