Description	:	Richard "Butch" A. Jobman, 56 years of age, of Adams, died Saturday night, January 31, 2009, from injuries sustained in an auto accident. He was born June 30, 1952 at Beatrice and was raised in the Adams area. He attended the Adams Public Schools and later received his GED. He worked as an electrician with his dad at Jobman Electric in Adams which he later owned and operated. He also did various other jobs including tree trimming, working on heating and air conditioning and operating his backhoe. Jobman, 56 years of age, of Adams, died Saturday night, January 31, 2009, from injuries sustained in an auto accident. He was born June 30, 1952 at Beatrice and was raised in the Adams area. He attended the Adams Public Schools and later received his GED. He worked as an electrician with his dad at Jobman Electric in Adams which he later owned and operated. He also did various other jobs including tree trimming, working on heating and air conditioning and operating his backhoe. He married Donna Buss on December 27, 2002 at the American Lutheran Church at Adams. He was a member of the American Lutheran Church of Adams and was also on the Adams Town Board. He enjoyed camping, fishing, hunting, auctions, Corvettes and shooting fireworks. He also started the "Cannoneers" of Adams. Survivors include his wife, Donna of Adams; two daughters, Jessica Dixon and husband Zach of Cortland and Danielle White and husband Ryan of Hickman; two grandchildren; one brother, Larry Jobman and wife Carol of Hickman; one sister, Pat Snyder of Ashland; several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Wilke (Bill) and Edith Zimmerman Jobman and one brother-in-law, Bob Snyder who died in 2001. Funeral services will be Wednesday, February 4, 2009 at 10:30 A.M. at the American Lutheran Church of Adams with Pastor John Brink officiating. Burial will be at the Highland Cemetery of Adams. A family prayer service will be held at 10:00 A.M. in the fellowship room of the church. The body will lie in state at the Fox Funeral Home of Beatrice on Monday from 12:00 noon until 9:00 P.M., at the Fox Funeral Home in Adams on Tuesday from 10:00 A.M. until 9:00 P.M. and then at the church one hour preceding the service on Wednesday. A memorial has been established to the family's choice with Fox Funeral Home in charge. A guestbook for signatures and messages of condolence is available online at http://www.foxfuneralhome.net. Fox Funeral Home of Adams is in charge of the arrangements.
