Description	:	Edward Patrick Colgan, son of Mr. and Mrs. George Colgan, was born on a farm near Lushton, Neb., March 17, 1889. He passed away at Grafton June 29, 1944. The family later moved south of Grafton. He was married to Agnes Keenan of Grafton April 30, 1930. Mr. and Mrs. Colgan moved to a farm near Greeley, Neb., which continued to be their home. Read More	Edward Patrick Colgan, son of Mr. and Mrs. George Colgan, was born on a farm near Lushton, Neb., March 17, 1889. He passed away at Grafton June 29, 1944. The family later moved south of Grafton. He was married to Agnes Keenan of Grafton April 30, 1930. Mr. and Mrs. Colgan moved to a farm near Greeley, Neb., which continued to be their home. His health began to fail several months ago and he was taken to a hospital at Kearney, being brought to Grafton only the day before his death. Although expected, his death came suddenly. His father preceded him in death several years ago. He leaves to mourn, his wife, Agnes; his mother, Mrs. Bridget Colgan; two sisters, Margaret and Rose; two brothers, Thomas and William and a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral services were held at 9:30 Monday morning, June 3, at St. Helena's Catholic Church in Grafton, Rev. A. J. Lutz officiated. Burial was in Holy Cross Cemetery. The Nebraska Signal July 6, 1944
