Description	:	GREELEY — Eileen M. Grohmann, 88, of Greeley passed away on Monday, Dec. 11, 2017, at CHI Health St. Francis. Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Greeley. The Rev. Antony Thekkekara will officiate. Burial will be in the Greeley Cemetery. T.J. Eileen Marie was born Dec. 2, 1929, in the Horace area of Greeley County to Richard and Rose (Huebner) Daudt. She was raised in the Horace area until moving into Scotia. She received her education at Scotia High School. On Dec. 27, 1952, Eileen married Tony Grohmann at Greeley. Eileen spent her life giving to others. Her first job was for the Gannon Family of Greeley where she worked as a housekeeper and child care provider. She worked for 15 years at the Neligh Care Home and later at the Greeley Care Home. She provided compassionate home care to many relatives and friends. Eileen was a gentle and giving woman who was faithful to God and family. She was a member of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church. She enjoyed embroidering, playing solitaire and word search. She especially enjoyed the time with her family. Survivors include a brother and sister-in-law, Robert and Betty Daudt of Chambers; a sister, Leola Marienau of California; and many nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents; a sister and brother-in-law, Maxine and John Hahn; and a brother-in-law, Robert Marienau.
