Eldeen married Leonard Wayne Lovitt in Smith Center, KS. on November 17, 1946. Leonard passed away in 1976. She married David Busch on March 1, 1985 in Kearney, NE. Eldeen grew up in the Amherst and Miller, NE. areas and attended school in Miller, NE. She and Leonard farmed and ranched south of Sumner, NE. for a number of years. Eldeen was a member of Grace Lutheran Church in Sumner, NE. and also served as the church secretary and treasurer for a number of years. In later years Eldeen and Dave enjoyed traveling and working on yards. Eldeen was very fond of music and dancing and also attending the Senior Center Days in Amherst, NE. to play cards. She also enjoyed spending time with her family. Survivors are: Husband, Dave Busch, of Kearney, NE.; Son, Lenny and Marcia Lovitt, of Kearney, NE.; Daughter, Lonna and Rod Rasmussen, of Kearney, NE.; Step Sons; Darin and Tami Busch, of Giltner, NE.; Jerome and Lisa Busch, of Arlington, TX.; Brothers, Denzil "Mac" and Dodi Schnacker, of North Platte NE., Wayne and LaRea Schnacker, of Kearney, NE., Loren and Pearl Schnacker, of Edmond, OK., Stanley "Jack" and Ruth Schnacker, of Forsyth, MO.; Sister, Cleo and Stu Driewer, of Rockaway Beach, MO; 8 Grandchildren; 6 Step Grandchildren; 18 Great Grandchildren Eldeen was preceded in death by: 1st husband, Leonard Lovitt; 4 brothers and 1 sister. Burial was in the Sumner Cemetery, Sumner, NE.
