In 1878 she was married to Geo L. Thurber, whose death occurred in 1933. She moved to Nebraska, later returning to Iowa. She was the fourth child in a family of seven, two brothers, John M. and David J. Bryson, preceding her in death. Surviving relatives include Mrs John H. Kendall and Thomas D. Bryson of Hepburn, William A. Bryson of Shelton, Nebr and Eunice McCoy of Creston. Funeral at Walker Funeral Home Monday afternoon, Rev W. Frank Lister in charge.
