The latest to be called was Mrs. Elizabeth Campbell, who died at her home in Cacheville at 6 o'clock this morning. The latest to be called was Mrs. Elizabeth Campbell, who died at her home in Cacheville at 6 o'clock this morning. The funeral will be held Sunday at 1 o'clock from the Cacheville M. E. church, of which deceased was a member. Interment will be in Mary's cemetery. Rev. C. E. Winning, of this city, will officiate. Mrs. Campbell, whose maiden name was Elizabeth Hughes, was a native of Pennsylvania, where she was born 86 years, 10 months and 10 days ago. In 1838 she was married to William Campbell, of Green county, Pennsylvania. They moved to Iowa in 1839, lived in that state until 1853, and then crossed the plains to California. Their first place of settlement was in Nevada county, where they resided until 1859. Then they came to Yolo county, locating in Cacheville, where the deceased lived up to the time of her death. Mr. Campbell, who was proprietor of the hotel in Cacheville for a number of years, died in 1886, having previously disposed of his hotel property. The deceased leaves two sons and two daughters. The sons are R. H. Campbell, formerly senator from Siskiyou, but now a resident of San Francisco, and C. A. Campbell, of Red Bluff. The daughters are Mesdames George F. Wherry and A. W.
