Mrs. Barnhart was born Jan. 26, 1863, in Bertrand township, daughter of Nathaniel and Fredericka Huss, and was married on Nov. 7, 1895 in Buchanan township to Isaac Newton Barnhart. His death occurred on March 5, 1943. Surviving Mrs. Barnhart is one brother, Andrew Huss of Route 1, Buchanan. She also leaves several nephews and nieces. For many years Mrs. Barnhart had been a member of the Evangelical church, where she belonged to the Upstreamers Bible class and the Ladies' Aid.
