Description	:	From The Wolbach Messenger, September 7, 1967, page 1, transcribed by Linda Berney: Elizabeth Ruth Ash, the daughter of William and Edna Johnston, was born May 24, 1915 at Wolbach and died August 28, 1967 at Thermopolis, Wyoming. She grew up in the Wolbach area and graduated from Wolbach High School. In January of 1937 she married Robert Morris and four daughters were born to the couple. Mr. Morris died in 1947. She grew up in the Wolbach area and graduated from Wolbach High School. In January of 1937 she married Robert Morris and four daughters were born to the couple. Mr. Morris died in 1947. On August 12, 1948 she married Verdon Ash at Red Cloud. To this union a son was born. The family moved to Wyoming in 1953 and at the time of her death, Mrs. Ash was a resident of Worland, Wyoming. Survivors include her husband and four daughters, Mrs. Johnny (Roberta) Mandros of Green River, Wyoming; Mrs. Melvin (Phyllis) Stevens, of Little America, Wyoming; Mrs. Jim (Ruth Ann) Marco of Wolbach; and Mrs. Robert (Mary Lois) Smith of Big Piney, Wyoming; one son, Dalson of Worland, her mother, Mrs. Edna Johnston of Wolbach, two sisters, Mrs. A. B. (Lola) Thomas of Lindon, Colorado and Mrs. Alvin (Elaine) Jacobsen of Wolbach and eleven grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her father and two sisters.
