Burial will be in SS. Peter and Paul's Cemetery. The body is resting at the Huffman Funeral Home, where the rosary will be prayed at 8 o'clock Wednesday and Thursday evenings. Mrs. Goedert, who had lived in Carroll county since 1905, had been a Carroll resident for 30 years. She had made her home with her daughter, Mrs. H.J. Traner, for the last 12 years. A daughter of John and Margaret Wolf, both of whom died many years ago, she was born Elizabeth Wolf March 3, 1872, at Springbrook, Ia. Her marriage to John Goedert took place July 16, 1890. Mr. Goedert died in Carroll Dec. 31, 1919. Survivors Mrs. Goedert leaves seven children, 22 grandchildren and 42 great grandchildren. Also surviving are seven sisters and brothers, one of whom is Mrs. M.J. Thelen of Carroll. Her daughters and sons are: Mrs. Frank A. (Josephine) Daley and Mrs. H.J. (Anna) Traner, Carroll; Mrs. John (Viola) McGrane, Wadena, Minn.; Mrs. H.J. (Lucinda) Eischeid, Halbur; Orlando C. Goedert, Davisburg, Mich.; Mrs. E.W. (Lorena) Neubaum, Manning, and Harold J. Goedert, Santa Cruz, Calif. One son, Leo G. Goedert, died in 1951. Mrs. Goedert was a member of St. Lawrence Church and the Christian Mothers Sodality of the parish.
