Mrs. Steadings was a member of Bethlehem Baptist Church, the widow of John L. Steadings. Surviving are five daughters, Mrs. Louise James, Mrs. Martha Cox, Mrs. Minnie Bell Fortenberry, Mrs. Clara Reynolds and Mrs. Elmer Richards, all of Spartanburg; two sons, Ed and Broadus M. Steadings of Spartanburg; 34 grandchildren and 26 great grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted Thursday at 4 p.m. at the Bethlehem Baptist Church by the Reverand J. T.
