She was born in Shenandoah, on November 24, 1909, and was a former residence of Nebraska City. She has lived in the Fremont area since 1975. She was married to Melvin E. Cohn on January 15, 1929 in Glenwood, Iowa. He survives her. Also surviving are daughters Lois Brewer of Denver, two grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren. Visitation will be Wednesday from 1-9 at the funeral home and Thursday until services. A memorial has been established to the pediatric cardiology unit in the University of Nebraska Medical Center.
