He was Linn county treasurer form 1919 to 1922. In addition to her husband she is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Harold Kehne, Mrs. Harold Hall and Mrs. Sam B. Miller, and a son, William R. Cherry, all of Cedar Rapids; her father,William Cyrus Ondler of San Diego, Calif., four sisters, Mrs. S. J. Dawson and Mrs. Glenn Blakely, both of San Diego; Mrs. Sam Ferguson of San Bernado, Calif., and Mrs John Swanwick of North Platte, Neb., two brothers, Cecil C, Ondler of San Diego and Cloyd C. Ondler of Casper, Wyo., and three grandchildren. In addition to the Rebekah lodge she was a member of Carrie Morcombe lodge, Degree of Honor; Sunshine auxiliary of Patriarchs Militant and the Lincoln Maccabee hive.
