Read More	Emma Ost,85, a resident of the Marian Manor Nursing Home in Glen Ullin, ND, and formerly of Beulah, died Wednesday, December 15, 1993, at the home. She was born on April 7, 1908, to Friedrich and Julianan (Renn) Mittelsteadt north of Zap, ND. She was raised and attended school north of Zap. She married Adam Ost on May 4, 1930, at St. John's Lutheran Church north of Zap. The couple farmed north of Beulah until 1948, when they moved into Beulah. In February of 1988 she became a resident of the Marian Manor Nursing Home in Glen Ullin, where she lived up until the time of her death. She was a member of Concordia Lutheran Church in Beulah. She is survived by: two sons, Ronald of Beulah and Leonard of Powell, Wyoming; two grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, two brothers, Walter of Beulah and Adolph of Hazen and three sisters, Roselia Boeckel of Mesa, California, Sophie Wiedrich of Driscoll, ND, and Ida Morast, a resident of the Beulah Community Nursing Home. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, and one brother. Funeral services were held Friday, December 17 at Concordia Lutheran Church, Beulah with Rev. Robert Pfau officiating. Interment will be held at the Beulah Cemetery. Pallbearers were Gilbert Ost, Willard Ost, Ervin Eisenbeis, Hubert Hafner, Ivan Dschaak, and Clyde Mittelsteadt. Erdman Funeral Home of Beulah was in charge of arrangements.
