Pallbearers were Ansel Dickinson, Norman Huck, Robert Basnett, Lynn Haas, Harry Lohrding, Harold Herd, Ralph Deewall and Clifford Blount. Honorary pallbearers were Jim Herd, Victor Allderdice, Walter Ferrin, John Briggs, Ernest Parker, Ralph Klepinger, Ernest Miller, Horace Rich, George Deewall and Bill Hackney, Interment was in the Crown Hill Cemetery, Coldwater. Obituary Ernest Martin Oller passed away April 22 at 2:30 p.m. at the Comanche County Hospital, Coldwater, Kansas, of a heart attack. He was born in Avilla Township January 1, 1900 to Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Oller of Coldwater, Kans. He leaves his loving wife, Rosa, son, Ernest Junior and wife, Jennie, grandchildren, Leo Ernest, Linda Marie, and Larry Dean of Coldwater; sister, Mabel Robinson, brothers, Roy Oller and wife Hattie of Coldwater, Ralph and wife Gertrude of Wichita, and a host of nieces, nephews and friends. His parents preceded him in death as did his brother, Albert Oller. He was especially interested in youth and started many of their careers in life. He was 4-H leader for 17 years, member of the Farm Bureau for many hears, Avilla township treasurer, and furnished the park for recreation known as the Antioch Ball Park. He managed the softball team, both men and boys and small children, and helped each year with the recreation for Vacation Bible School at Antioch. He was a charter member of the Antioch church and a member of its board. He was also a charter member of the board of Pioneer Lodge which he worked hard on to get established. He loved horses and was one of the first to have the Golden Palomino stallion in this county. He was president and organized the Buttermilk Saddle Club. He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather and a busy man and will be missed by many. Information provided by Willis Oller.
