Read More	The Edgar Sun (Edgar, NE) Fri, Oct 1, 1937 - pg 1 Eugene Erwin Moon Eugene Erwin Moon, son of John Milton and Luetta Barbara Moon, was born near Fayette, Mo., December 19, 1867 and departed this life near Fayette, Mo., September 19, 1937 at the age of 69 years and 9 months. He was united with the Methodist Church when a young man and lived a faithful life. He was united in marriage to Isabelle Petri, Sept 24, 1890. She departed this life September 30, 1923. To this union four children were born. All of whom survive. Mrs. Edna Shields, Edgar, Nebr.; John, Gothenburg, Nebr.; Mrs. Louvinia Wroughton, Nelson, Nebr., and Marvin, Fairfield, Nebr. Four sisters also survive, Mrs. Mattie Winstons, Los Angeles, Calif,; Mrs. Walter Robinson, Hummel, Mo.; Mrs. Ben Shaw, Fairfax, Iowa; and Mrs. R. F. Alexander, Fayette, Mo. One brother, Boyd and a sister, Mrs. Lillie Smith, preceded him in death. Twelve grandchildren, three great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews together with a host of friends survive. In June, 1926, he was united in marriage to Mrs. Ella Harold, who survives together with three stepsons and two stepdaughters. Most of his early life was spent near Fayette, Mo., coming to Nebraska in September, 1907, and resided here until 1927, when he again took up his residence in Missouri. Mr. Moon was a kind and loving father and was loved by all who knew him. Funeral services were held Thursday, September 23, at 2:00 p.m., at the Methodist Church with Rev Homer B. Hix in charge. The singers were Mrs. Alvie Buoey, Mrs Homer B. Hix, M. E. Cushing and Guy Green. Mrs. E. F. Hart was at the piano. Pallbearers were H. G. Springer, Clinton Lindberg, G. E. Franson, E. J.
