Description	:	Eugene Parish, 18 year old son of Mr. and Mrs. George Parish of Windfall, died at the family home Saturday morning at 9:00 o'clock death being due to complications of rheumatism and other ailments, from which he had been an invalid for the past eight years. For several years he had been unable to walk and his suffering was intense. A week ago he suffered a severe heart attack and failed to rally from its effects. For several years he had been unable to walk and his suffering was intense. A week ago he suffered a severe heart attack and failed to rally from its effects. He Is survived by the parents, two sisters, Miss Marie Parish at home and a sister Garnet, married and residing in Michigan and five brothers, Reuben and Glen Parish of Windfall, Kenneth and Claude of Marion and Leslie who is with the U.S. army and stationed at Fort Benjamin Harrison. The funeral arrangements have not been completed but they will probably be held at the home Monday afternoon and conducted by Rev. Jesse Mitchell of the Baptist church of which the deceased was a member. Burial will be In Brookside cemetery. During the young man's long illness and suffering, he bore all with a fortitude that was remarkable.. He was of unusually bright and sunny disposition endearing him to all and his, kindness and unfailing thoughtfulness of those about him have been characteristic of his sickness. Marie, the sister, is also suffering with the same disease and has not been able to walk for 12 years, but is of the same happy, cheerful disposition and patient with all her sufferings. Everything in a medical way has been tried in an effort to relieve their condition, but each failed. The mother has been unfailing in her devotion in caring for the two invalids and has done everything in her poser in sacrifice of her own health and strength in relieving their sufferings.
