Eunice Yvonne Ford Fraker was born October 27, 1928, at Newton, Iowa. Her parents were Cloyd Z. Ford and Garnet McLead Ford. She received her education at Newton. On May 19, 1951 Eunice was married to Carl Edwin Fraker at the Presbyterian Parsonage in Brooklyn. They were the parents of five children, Randy, Cheryl, Jane, Carol and Dennis. They farmed for many years near Brooklyn. In March of 1994 they moved into town of Brooklyn. Eunice was a member of the Church of the Brethren, Brooklyn. Her parents, her husband who died August 28, 1998, and a granddaughter preceded her in death. Surviving are three daughters, Cherry Froelich and her husband, Todd, of Brooklyn, Wisconsin, Jane Fraker of Brooklyn, IA and Carol Deedrick and her husband Charlie of Marshalltown, IA; two sons and theirs wives, Randy and Jeannie Fraker of Fort Madison, IA and Dennis and Debra Fraker of Brooklyn, IA; three sisters, Evelyn Osborn of Cedar Rapids, IA, Violet Rouse of Newton, IA and Sharon Miller of Melrose, IA; and five grandchildren.
