Read More	Services Thursday for Eva LeBlanc Mrs. Eva LeBlanc of Kent, Washington died Sunday, February 13, in the hospital at Kent, following a short illness. She was 86 years, 5 months, and 13 days of age. Eva G. Hedrick was born in Blue Hill on August 4, 1888. She was the youngest of four children. Her father, George Hedrick, died in December, 1887; and her mother in 1891. Following the death of her mother, she made her home with her aunt and uncle, Mr. and Mrs. Charles Goll. She was baptized and confirmed in St. Paul’s Lutheran church and was an active member as long as she lived in this vicinity. On March 3, 1910, she was married to Claus Van Boening. To this union four children were born, Helen (Mrs. Theodore Kranau) of Blue Hill, Edgar of Carlsbad, Calif., Chester, deceased, and Luella (Mrs. Virgil Krueger) of Kent, Wash. Mr. VanBoening died on March 22, 1948. In 1953, Eva married Oscar LeBlanc of Ortiag, Washington. He died in 1961 and since that time, she made her home with her daughter, Mrs. Virgil Krueger, in Kent, Washington. Besides her children, she leaves to mourn her loss 2 sons-in-law, Theodore Kranau and Virgil Krueger; a daughter-in-law, Mrs. Edgar VanBoening; five grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren and a host of friends. Services will be at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church on Thursday, February 17, 1977 with Pastor Grant VanBoening of North Platte officiating. Casket bearers are Russell Krueger, Paul Krueger, Dale Krueger, Frederick VanBoening, Dean VanBoening, and Wendel Krueger. Music will be by Lyle Petersen, soloist, and Mrs. Eileen Moser, organist.
