Services will be 10 a.m. Monday at United Methodist Church in Allen, with the Revs. Nancy Tomlinson and Bill Anderson officiating. Burial will be in Eastview Cemetery. Mrs. Trube was born April 29, 1933, in Jackson, Neb., the daughter of Andrew C. and Rosanna (Novak) Sorensen. She was baptized at First Lutheran Church in South Sioux City, and confirmed at Salem Lutheran Church on Oct. 26, 1947, in Wakefield. She attended schools at Jackson, Waterbury and Wakefield High School. She married Allen Trube on Dec. 20, 1950, at Salem Lutheran Church in Wakefield, and celebrated 50 years of marriage. The farm couple made their home at Allen, where she was active as a member of United Methodist Church. She was organist at the church and in the United Methodist Women. She distributed Avon products for 15 years. She was in the Allen American Legion Auxiliary, the Elf extension club and the Laurel Town Twirlers Square Dance Club. Survivors include her husband; four sons and their wives, Bruce and Linda of Wilbur, Neb., Terry and Rhonda of Canton, S.D., Glenn and Glori of Lincoln, Neb., and Loren and Debra of St. Edward, Neb.; 11 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; two sisters, Margaret Sorensen of Minneapolis, Minn., and Mrs. Albert (Beulah) Larsen of Tahlequah, Okla.; and her mother-in-law, Gladys Tube of Wakefield. She was preceded in death by a 3-year-old brother, Harold; her parents; and her father-in-law, Basil Trube.
