Description	:	ELLIJAY, Ga. -- Florence M. Norris, 81, died Monday, July 21, 2008, at Ellijay, Ga. She was born July 15, 1927, near Walnut to Claus and Ethel Susan (Franklin) Augustin. She had been a longtime resident of Larned, moving from Chase. Mrs. Norris was a homemaker. She belonged to Sacred Heart Catholic Church and its Altar Society, both in Larned. She married William L. Norris on Jan. 10, 1948, in Kansas City, Kan. He died April 14, 2006. Survivors include a son, Larry Norris of Ellijay, Ga.; three grandsons; three great-grandchildren; and a brother, Bennie C. She was born July 15, 1927, near Walnut to Claus and Ethel Susan (Franklin) Augustin. She had been a longtime resident of Larned, moving from Chase. Mrs. Norris was a homemaker. She belonged to Sacred Heart Catholic Church and its Altar Society, both in Larned. She married William L. Norris on Jan. 10, 1948, in Kansas City, Kan. He died April 14, 2006. Survivors include a son, Larry Norris of Ellijay, Ga.; three grandsons; three great-grandchildren; and a brother, Bennie C. Augustin. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Susan Denise; a brother, Harold Augustin; and a sister, Juliet Herod. A memorial service will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Walnut. Cremation has taken place. Inurnment will be in Larned Cemetery, Larned. Memorials may be sent to Golden Belt Hospice or the Alzheimer's Disease Association and sent in care of Morell Funeral Home, P.O. Box 124, Larned, 67550-0124.
