Description	:	Florida Dill went home to be with the Lord on Friday, January 11, 2013. She is the daughter of the late Percy & Ella Harrold and she celebrated her 100th birthday on October 10, 2012. Mrs. Dill was a native and life long resident of Jacksonville. She graduated from Andrew Jackson High School and was a member of Dinsmore Baptist Church. Mrs. Dill was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Some of her happiest times were spending time with her family and working in her yard. She is the daughter of the late Percy & Ella Harrold and she celebrated her 100th birthday on October 10, 2012. Mrs. Dill was a native and life long resident of Jacksonville. She graduated from Andrew Jackson High School and was a member of Dinsmore Baptist Church. Mrs. Dill was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Some of her happiest times were spending time with her family and working in her yard. She celebrated 56 years of marriage with her husband, Williard Dill, who preceded her in death in 1991. Surviving family include her daughter & son-in-law, Angela & Ronald Gainey; 2 grandchildren: Lee Gainey and wife, Miriam and Mary Powell and husband, Danny; 1 great grandson, Bradley Powell; 3 sisters: Harriette Ashley, Lavesta Henderson and Patricia Bennett; a number of nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. A celebration of life service will be held at 1:00 PM on Tuesday, January 15, 2013 at Peeples Family Funeral Homes, 2220 Soutel Drive near Lem Turner Road with Pastor John Brewer and Dr. Winson Butler, officiating. Burial will follow in Eubanks Cemetery. Her family will greet friends from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Monday, January 14, 2013 at the funeral home.
