Niday, 58, of 5337 Yecker, Wyandotte County, was found dead yesterday in his motor car near the port of entry at 4918 State. He apparently suffered a heart attack. Mr. Niday was born at Corydon, Ia., and moved to Kansas City, Kansas, 20 years ago. He retired in 1950 as a machinist for the Rock Island railroad, after 28 years with the line.
