Also surviving are one son, Leo Sims of Chicago; one grandson, Richard Sims of Chicago; and a granddaughter, Mrs. Evelyn Gard of Ottumwa and six great-grandchildren. Preceding her in death were one daughter, three brothers and three sisters. The funeral will be Tuesday at 1:30 p.m. at the Johnson Funeral Chapel in charge of the Rev. Elton Bell of First Assembly of God Church. Burial will be in Shaul Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Earl Gard, Elmer Boller, Bud Shepherd, Larry McLaughlin, Bill Sparks and Max Warnock.
