Description	:	Her first marriage at age 18 On September 18, 1911 was to Eugene Onstott that produced a daughter named Marian. Grandma married Albert Baas in Jamestown, North Dakota on Mar 27, 1923. They were the parents two daughters. Grandma worked as a licensed practical nurse at the North Dakota State Hospital for two years staring in 1937. In August 1949, she was licensed by the State of Washington as a Licensed Practical Nurse, which she worked at in the 1950's. Grandma fixed the best fried chicken (something that I have never been able to duplicate), and apple pie. Grandma always stayed in the kitchen cooking with the dining room door closed and the kitchen backdoor open, because she was always too hot, while Grandpa sat in the living room listening to music on his radio, because he was too cold. Grandma introduced to the passions that I still have; photography, genealogy and tea. Grandma loved gardening and I remember the big pink and white rhododendrons in her front yard and the back yard was full of different kinds of flowers. She even had a green wooden bench that went around a tree.
