Buresh, 74, who died at 4:45 p.m. Sunday, April 14, 1963, at her home in Clutier. Father Francis Ruzicka officiated. Bearers were Vernon Hanus, Joseph Vojtech, James Nachazel, Albert Chaska, Charles Svoboda, and William Sevcik. Interment was in St. Vaclav cemetery, Clutier. Her husband cared for her, with the help of the daughters and son. As Frances Ludvicek, daughter of Joe and Mary Chamra Ludvicek, she was born July 2, 1888, on a farm near Chelsea, Tama County, Iowa. She attended the rural schools and was reared in the Chelsea area. As a young girl she did housework in various homes. Her marriage to Joe F. Buresh of Carroll township occurred May 23, 1911, in Immaculate Conception church in Clutier. Following her marriage she began housekeeping on a farm in Carroll township where she lived for 20 years. In 1941, she and Mr. Buresh moved to another farm in Carroll township which was her home until 1957 when the couple retired to Clutier. Their son, Edward, is on the home place from which they retired. Mrs. Buresh was a member of St. Vaclav church west of Clutier. Surviving are her husband, age, 77; and 2 sons and 3 daughters, listed from eldest to youngest: Joe J. Buresh, 5 miles southwest of Clutier, Mrs. Joe (Millie) Pavlicek, 7 miles west of Clutier, Edward A. Buresh, 7 miles southwest of Traer, Mrs. Harry (Helen) Ledvina, 5 miles southwest of Clutier, and Mrs. Louie (Margaret) Breja, 2 miles west of Elberon. Also surviving are 20 grandchildren and a sister, Miss Emma Ludvicek of near Chelsea. Preceding her in death were a son in infancy, her parents, and 4 sisters and 3 brothers.
